[Campaign Story] Decoding PayUmoney’s Women’s entrepreneurship month campaign with Paritosh Sharma


Speaking exclusively to IndianMediaBook about the initiative, Paritosh Sharma, Head of Channel partnership & Alliances, PayUmoney said “Through this joint campaign we are making it incredibly easy for women entrepreneurs to start-up. Women entrepreneurs who are running with the audacious mission of establishing a passionate following for their art and creativity online can start their e-commerce store on Zepo. We want to help them to scale their businesses beyond certain geographies. With the launch of this campaign we wish to inspire more and more women entrepreneurs to help them become a part of the e-commerce boom.”
ParithoshKick-started on the 15th of February, the campaign will continue till 9th March and under the campaign, the alliance is offering an exclusive 50 percent concession, on Zepo’s Seed plan. Zepo is ecommerce platform that lets you sell and promote your products online easily.
Commenting on the association with Zepo, Sharma said, “Zepo makes trading online easy for the women entrepreneurs as they do not have to look out for payment gateways, domain providers and logistics support separately. Zepo is offering a complete package with an extremely user friendly portal.”
ZepoThe Pan India campaign will be executed in a single phase and all the channels such as Social Media, Digital Marketing will be used to create buzz around it by activation on Facebook along with consistent blogs on the subject.
Sharma informed that through this campaign, they are aiming to help women entrepreneurs take their businesses across geographies, without getting out of comfort of their localities and states.
“We call upon all enterprising women across the country to make the maximum of this campaign and make this association a success. With this association, we will be able to enable more merchants to accept online payments. Our plan is to enable more individuals, SMBs and entrepreneurs to come online and start collecting online payments, concluded Sharma.
